In April 2008, after years of playing in pain, Peter Jacobsen decided to have knee replacement surgery.  Months of research led him to choose Exactech’s Optetrak Knee, and paved the way for the current relationship between Exactech and Peter Jacobsen Sports.

Peter has described the Optetrak Knee as “feeling so natural it was like I was born with it.”  It was because of Peter’s positive experience and stellar results, and Exactech’s desire to start marketing directly to patients, that Peter Jacobsen Sports was retained as their sports marketing agency. The two companies have since worked closely together to achieve the following objectives:
