Develop a business-to-business program and ultimate lifestyle experience for Medallia to entertain customers at the 2019 Masters Tournament.
SOLUTION
PJS worked with existing partners in the Augusta, GA area to secure high-end private homes, ground transportation, private chefs and gifts to support Medallia’s entertainment goals. This allowed the company to bring in waves of customers to attend the Masters and engage with them in a relaxing, house party atmosphere each day. PJS staff was on-site to coordinate all of the details. Whether guests were golf fans or not, Medallia’s sales team was able to connect with their clients and provide them an experience that they couldn’t recreate on their own.
RESULT
The experience came in on-budget and Medallia received a warm response from their clients that attended.
